ED'O 2015

Times change, such as tastes, needs, expectations.Video is measured against cinema, cinema becomes a documentary or short, the installation shows how much art can be made. The Research Center is keeping an eye on all of this for a 37th edition of the Efebo d’Oro award, attentive to tcontemporary socialissues.

We had decided to dedicate the 2015 Golden Ephebe to migrants of all erasbefore the last dramatic massacre in Paris reminded everyone how inevitable it is to work for coexistence between peoples. With our programme and our festival, we want to be a piece that, with the dignity of its specific form, identifies the square of the great mosaic in which to place itself, beyond the catwalks of directors, actors, writers, producers, musicians and video artists who involve us every year in this fundamental stage of a precise journey.
